We look forward to welcoming you! #### **Main responsibilities:** * Supervision of large-scale construction project execution; * Management of renovation, retrofitting, and new construction projects; * Process, procurement, KPI, and cost management; * People and team management; * Detailed monitoring of construction phases; * Advanced computer proficiency; * Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SIENGE, and other relevant software; * Efficient management of construction and renovation materials; * Management of work teams, promoting integration and productivity. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience in large-scale civil construction; * Advanced knowledge of technical software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and SIENGE; * Ability to manage teams and lead effectively; * Capacity to manage project timelines and costs; * Advanced computer skills; * Availability to conduct on-site project supervision. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantageous):** * Prior experience in renovations and retrofitting; * Certifications related to project management or occupational safety; * Knowledge of sustainability and innovative construction techniques; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders; * Analytical capability for interpreting project documents and KPIs. #### **Benefits:** Meal/food allowance Health insurance Telemedicine Telepsychology Dental plan Nutrition coaching Sports coaching Attendance incentive program Life insurance Funeral assistance Advantage club Pharmacy discounts #### **Work schedule and hours:** * 220/44 hours per week
