Professional growth within an outstanding team SOMMA INVESTIMENTOS is seeking a Real Estate Management Assistant to work within our FAMILY OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct real estate due diligence; Analyze property documents; Maintain direct contact with clients regarding property-related requests; Research market values for sale and lease purposes; Issue property-related documents (certificates); Monitor regularization processes / pending matters at municipal offices; Monitor expenses such as IPUT, TCRS, and condominium fees; Compile IPTU data for all clients/properties by city. Identify/negotiate with new real estate agencies to list managed properties; Serve as liaison between partners and clients; Monitor maintenance/repairs for leased or managed properties; Monitor lease contract expiration and renewal dates; Monitor rent arrears and tenant eviction processes for leased properties; Register and update data in the Lidderar system; Suggest and monitor adjustments/improvements to the Lidderar system; Prepare/update, verify, and submit monthly real estate reports; Propose solutions for vacant/idle properties; Monitor real estate market adjustment indices; REQUIREMENTS Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of administrative procedures; Attention to detail; BENEFITS Flexible Card (Meal, Food, Mobility, Health, Education, and Culture) Health and Dental Insurance Private Pension Plan Restaurant discounts Training and development investment ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of the real estate market.
