An accounting office with 33 years of operation, located in the Rebouças neighborhood, is hiring an HR Payroll Analyst to join its team. On-site work in Curitiba.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Process monthly payroll for client portfolio, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, labor charges, benefits, and variable components, to guarantee legal compliance and data accuracy.
* Execute employee onboarding procedures upon new hires, including document verification, registration in the Domínio system, and submission to eSocial, ensuring adherence to statutory deadlines and proper formalization of employment relationships.
* Manage vacation, termination, and leave processes as required, performing calculations and verifications in the Domínio system and submitting information to eSocial, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation.
* Calculate and issue monthly labor and social security contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) using the Domínio system and analytical validations, ensuring correct and timely remittance per legal requirements.
* Submit statutory reporting obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital) according to the official schedule, using the Domínio system as the integration platform for data, ensuring clients’ fiscal and labor regularity.
* Provide client support upon request via email, phone, or meetings, clarifying questions regarding HR payroll routines, system usage, and legal implications, ensuring accurate and reliable guidance.
* Verify and validate monthly timekeeping, banked hours, and benefit data based on information provided by clients, making necessary adjustments in the Domínio system to ensure consistency for payroll processing.
* Organize and monitor deadlines and client portfolio tasks daily using internal controls and checklists, ensuring SLA compliance and delivery quality.
* Continuously stay updated on labor and social security legislation, implementing changes in the Domínio system to ensure process compliance.
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting;
* Proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in teams;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Analytical capability and planning skills;
