The mission of the Intermittent Store Assistant is to place the customer first—both in sales and in the purchase completion process—with full commitment to going beyond their needs to deliver effective solutions that surprise and delight them. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Delight customers throughout the sales process by providing assistance whenever necessary; * Support customers during purchase completion; * Handle cash receipts, and perform cash register opening and closing; * Carry out daily restocking and organizational tasks for the department; * Assist in applying price tags and product codes in inventory; * Assist customers in fitting rooms; * Organize sales areas and window displays according to merchandising standards; * Encourage customers exiting the store to share feedback about their service experience via the Encantômetro; * Provide general public service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability to work 8 hours per day exclusively on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday); * Completed high school education; * Enjoy interacting with the public; * Passion for fashion; * Comfort using digital tools. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
