Job Summary: Execute customer relationship processes to ensure satisfaction, retention, and new business opportunities, managing contracts, teams, and performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for negotiation and development Execute customer relationship processes, ensuring delivery of contracted services, aiming for satisfaction, retention, and identification of new business opportunities. Conduct visits to the active customer portfolio according to the visit plan. Monitor contract implementation. Deliver necessary training to the client's employees. Hold meetings to evaluate implementation progress and develop action plans for required corrections. Perform inventory checks at client sites. Attend and monitor quality meetings. Proactively identify risks of contract cancellation. Develop action plans to mitigate risks and threats. Monitor execution of corrective actions. Request and track write-offs and replenishments at client sites. Manage on-site teams. Monitor and analyze management indicators. Negotiate outstanding payment collections. Negotiate and manage incidents of customer attrition and damages. Negotiate price adjustments according to the contracted frequency. Lead the contract renewal process. Post-sales experience (preferably in services). Knowledge of negotiation techniques, customer retention, and post-sales. Microsoft Office suite.
