




Job Summary: Professional responsible for issuing documents, billing, acquiring toll vouchers, monitoring vehicles, and updating driver documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of loading orders and invoices. 2. Active monitoring of vehicles and company-owned fleet. 3. Essential support to drivers and control of logistics reports. * Issuance of LC – Loading Order; * Updating positions of Loading Orders; * Billing of invoices; * Importing incoming invoices; * Procurement of mandatory toll vouchers for carriers; * Vehicle monitoring, including creation of SM (monitoring system) for billed invoices and tracking of company-owned fleet; * Updating driver documentation with the Transportation Department; * Controlling and preparing reports for Logistics and Procurement departments; * Releasing and supporting drivers in the company's product transfer processes.
