Job Summary: Accounting Analyst responsible for ERP module integration and accounting, analysis of journal entries, and preparation of financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive involvement in general and tax accounting 2. Analysis and reconciliation of accounting entries 3. Preparation of management reports and financial statements **Accounting Analyst** **Daily Responsibilities:** Generate accounting files for ERP modules * Integrate and account for the following modules: * Inventory and Billing * Cash and Banks * Accounts Payable * Accounts Receivable * Payroll * Fixed Assets * Analyze journal entries in the accounting system to verify consistency/accuracy of entries originating from other modules; * Request re-evaluation and correction of discrepancies identified from the responsible entry personnel; * Record and reconcile tax calculations, comparing them with movements already integrated into accounting via other modules: record necessary calculations, offsets, or adjustments to accurately reflect reality in the accounting books; * Prepare and review the Profitability Report submitted to Management; * Inventory closing; * Accounting closing and analysis of Financial Statements for Balance Sheet issuance; * Assets / Liabilities / Equity * Statement of Income * Statement of Changes in Equity * Statement of Comprehensive Income * Statement of Cash Flows * Generate and submit the SPED Contábil (Brazilian Digital Accounting Bookkeeping System); ECD and ECF (Corporate Income Tax and Social Contribution on Net Income); * Perform and record contractual amendments; * Publish the Balance Sheet. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; active CRC registration; intermediate Excel proficiency; strong interpersonal communication skills; proactive and resilient. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience with Datasul TOTVS system. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, dental plan, pharmacy network agreement, Total Pass transportation benefit, co-payment health insurance. **Salary:** R$4.500,00 to R$5.500,00 **Work Location:** Lago Igapó, Londrina - PR Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
