Job Summary: Responsible for prospecting clients, conducting sales, ensuring excellent post-sales service, training PDVs, analyzing results, planning routes, and managing the customer portfolio. In-depth product knowledge and negotiation techniques Prospect new customers, conduct sales, and ensure excellent post-sales service; Train and monitor execution at regional PDVs; Analyze performance and propose actions to boost sales; Plan and execute visit routes with organization and discipline; Master product details, pricing, delivery terms, and negotiation techniques; Manage and develop the customer portfolio; Understand the local market and contribute to brand strengthening; Ensure execution at points of sale and demonstrate ownership of the region; Represent Authen's essence and values daily. Operating Region: Interior of Paraná Average 700 km per week Competencies: Organization and planning; Analytical and commercial mindset; Proactivity and autonomy; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Discipline in route execution; Ownership mindset and results focus. What We Offer: PJ contracting model; Monthly fixed fee: R$3.700,00 (independent of sales); Variable commission up to 2% (1% upon bill liquidity and 1% based on KPIs); Minimum projected revenue of R$ 500.000,00 per collection (3 collections per year); Fuel allowance: R$ 1.00 per km driven; Toll reimbursement; Meal and hotel allowances according to current policy; Monthly allowance: R$1.260 (R$600 health + R$660 meal/voucher).
