




Job Summary: We are seeking a Pizzaiolo with experience in pizza-making and artisanal baking, focused on preparing, assembling, and baking high-quality pizzas while pursuing innovation and maintaining hygiene. Preference for candidates with experience in pizza-making and artisanal baking, who are eager to grow and learn. Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM to 3:50 PM. Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off * **Dough Preparation:** Make dough from scratch using flour, yeast, water, and other ingredients, and stretch it into the correct shape. * **Topping Preparation:** Prepare sauces, select high-quality ingredients, and make various toppings (savory and sweet). * **Assembly:** Arrange toppings harmoniously over the dough, following recipes or creating new combinations. * **Baking:** Operate the oven (wood-fired, electric, etc.), controlling temperature and cooking time for perfect results. * **Quality Control:** Ensure flavor, appearance, and consistency of each pizza, even during peak hours. * **Hygiene and Organization:** Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and comply with food safety standards (Good Manufacturing Practices). * **Innovation:** Develop new flavors and recipes to delight customers.
