Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance. Operational cost control and expense report preparation. Vehicle documentation management, including traffic fines, licensing, and insurance. Coordination with repair shops, suppliers, and service providers. Support in departmental administrative routines. Previous experience as Office Assistant, Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary may indicate suitability for some activities in this position.
