Job Summary: Hotel 10 Curitiba is seeking a passionate Cook to lead breakfast service, support lunch production, and ensure culinary excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality, attention to detail, and teamwork Hotel 10 Curitiba is looking for a dedicated, organized, and gastronomy-passionate Cook to lead breakfast service and collaborate on lunch production. We seek someone who values quality, attention to detail, and teamwork, contributing to an excellent experience for our guests. Responsibilities: * Lead breakfast preparation and setup, ensuring flavor, quality, and presentation; * Support lunch production (Monday to Friday); * Wash fruits, vegetables, and legumes according to food safety standards; * Sort and portion foods as per daily planning; * Prepare portions for freezing, following technical specifications; * Collect dishes, clean utensils, countertops, and equipment; * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness at the end of each shift; * Monitor product expiration dates and proper storage; * Place food and supply purchase orders when necessary; * Supervise kitchen cleaning and ensure equipment remains in good working condition; * Be available for external training and occasional travel. Requirements: * Prior kitchen experience (hotels, restaurants, or similar); * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organized, responsible, and collaborative profile; * Flexible availability regarding work hours. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the hospitality industry; * Gastronomy or food handling certification. Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off — Morning shift with flexible hours to be arranged.
