




Job Summary: Controls and monitors regulatory documents, identifies deviations and non-conformities, implements quality control, develops performance indicators, and conducts internal audits. Your responsibilities include controlling and monitoring regulatory documents, as well as identifying deviations and non-conformities in the service delivery process. You implement quality control activities to ensure compliance with established requirements and develop performance indicators for both the tactical and strategic levels of SIDERAL. This role also involves analyzing production and service data to detect trends and issues, as well as collaborating with the company’s SASC. The incumbent conducts internal audits, investigates root causes of problems, develops corrective action plans, and delivers training to raise awareness regarding quality standards and aeronautical regulations. Strict adherence by managers and their subordinates to applicable national and international legislation in force is a critical requirement across all locations where the company’s operations are conducted. Contribute to the development of the quality and safety program by complying with established documentation and procedures. Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with ANAC requirements, customer requirements, procedures, and work instructions, aiming to identify non-conformities and guide employees on **appropriate procedures:** evaluate internal processes and, upon detecting non-conformities with defined procedures (e.g., operational or process failures), issue records for corrective actions and communicate them to the relevant departments for follow-up. Update process-related information in the AMOS and Sindicontrol systems; Update information in the Technical Library; Support various departments within the quality management system by advising them on recommendations made for correcting non-conformities identified during audits or for implementing preventive measures, aiming to maintain the achieved quality certification. Submit monthly reports indicating the status of audits and incidents; Create and update documents such as specifications, methods, and training materials. Monitor engine and component workshop activities to ensure no component is released without final Quality approval signature on the workshop checklist; Perform follow-ups on Scraps; Weekly tracking of acceptance expiration dates for our suppliers in AMOS. Register new employees in Sidcontrol; Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the supervisor.
