




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide Level 3 support for the Protheus ERP system, responsible for handling critical requests, conducting in-depth technical analysis, and ensuring environment stability. Performing root cause analysis and resolving critical incidents We are looking for a professional to work on-site in Paranavaí/PR, providing **Level 3 Support for the Protheus ERP system**, responsible for addressing critical requests, performing in-depth technical analysis, and ensuring environment stability. This position requires strong analytical capability, technical autonomy, and close collaboration with business areas.
