Responsibilities and Duties: * Ensure all payments are made within established deadlines, without delays or errors. * Monitor and control receipts, ensuring integrity of amounts and preventing delinquency. * Maintain updated and organized financial records, with 100% accuracy in recorded information. * Support the preparation of periodic financial reports, providing reliable data for management. * Perform periodic bank reconciliations and promptly identify any discrepancies. * Contribute to the company’s continuous improvement of financial processes by identifying and proposing solutions for time optimization and cost reduction. Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Hybrid work model, with in-office days pre-aligned with leadership and remote work permitted on other days. Flexibility is expected for participation in meetings, project alignments, and timely deliverables. Overtime is not part of routine operations and occurs only occasionally, subject to prior agreement.
