Responsibilities and Duties: * Ensure all payments are made within established deadlines, without delays or errors. * Monitor and control receivables, ensuring accuracy of amounts and preventing delinquency. * Maintain up-to-date and organized financial records, with 100% accuracy in recorded information. * Support the preparation of periodic financial reports, providing reliable data for management. * Perform periodic bank reconciliations and promptly identify any discrepancies. * Contribute to the company’s continuous improvement of financial processes by identifying and proposing solutions for time optimization and cost reduction. Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Hybrid work model, with in-office days pre-aligned with leadership and remote work permitted on other days. Flexibility is expected for attending meetings, project alignments, and delivering tasks within agreed deadlines. Overtime is not part of the routine and occurs only occasionally, subject to prior agreement.
