Meditation and breakfast with colleagues on Fridays Location: Accounting Office – G41 Contabilidade Inteligente (CLT \| On-site) Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM About This Opportunity! We seek a Senior Accounting Assistant to work integrally within the Accounting Department, ensuring technical accuracy, organization, and compliance with clients’ statutory obligations. We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in the field, dynamism, and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities: Accounting classification and reconciliation; Recording and verification of accounting documents; Monthly and annual accounting closings; Analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts; Preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements; Preparation and submission of ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF). Requirements! Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting; Prior experience in an accounting firm (at least 6 months); Basic knowledge of accounting legislation; Familiarity with accounting software; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications! Experience with closing procedures for companies under Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real tax regimes; Knowledge of Domínio WEB system; Knowledge of ECD and ECF.
