Respond to urgent and emergency situations to restore systems We are looking for a **Transmission Maintenance Operator I**, who—under the direction of the remote operations team—will perform operational maneuvers, system and transmission asset isolations, maintenance activities and/or support maintenance teams, assist in remote operation monitoring, observe potential operational anomalies on screen, and submit appropriate reports. **If you are organized, committed, and seek a dynamic environment for professional growth, this is the place for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Record abnormalities identified in equipment, recommend corrective and preventive actions, record intervention controls and respective outcomes in the Company's operational system, ensuring data accuracy to generate databases for reporting, KPIs, and results used for monitoring and decision-making; * Perform maintenance services on protection, transmission, and telecommunications equipment and systems, as well as calibration, electronic maintenance, and special testing on critical-level equipment, in compliance with the Maintenance Plan and unplanned interventions, recording information in the system; * Perform operational activities in outdoor areas and the control room, maintaining constant contact with the telecontrol area; operating electrical and electromechanical installations in transmission assets' substations when required; * Operate equipment such as PTA, Munck, and forklifts, following specific training for each piece of equipment; * Respond to urgent and emergency situations involving substation (SE) equipment and systems until full restoration, including maneuvers performed at the SE during preventive and/or corrective maintenance; * Implement necessary and requested operational-level actions to comply with the Company’s Industrial Control Systems Security Policy; * Adhere to clearly defined internal procedures, recording difficulties and non-compliances, and potentially participate in developing new procedures or revising existing ones together with leadership and/or the Operations technical team; * Conduct tests and trials on substation equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Prerequisites:** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields, with an active CFT. * Substation equipment and systems — Basic. * Health and safety regulations and applicable standards — Basic. * Integrated management system — Basic. * Maintenance and technical documentation management tools and software — Basic. * Reading and interpreting equipment technical manuals, technical drawings, and flowcharts — Basic. * Transmission-related processes and associated equipment and systems — Intermediate. * Maintenance and operation procedures, plans, methods, and techniques — Intermediate. * Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email — Basic. * Various administrative processes and routines within the field of activity — Basic. **Desirable Attributes:** * English — Basic. **Additional Information** **For you and your dependents.** * Medical and dental plans. **Exclusively for you.** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Gym / Quality-of-life programs; * Language program; * Variable compensation program. **ENGIE** has been present in Brazil for over 20 years, leading electricity generation in the country and offering innovative services and solutions to its customers.
