We are looking for a **Transmission Maintenance Operator II**, to perform local operation maneuvers coordinated with the remote operations team, isolate transmission systems and equipment, carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitor operations via telecontrol, observe potential operational anomalies on screen, and issue appropriate reports and actions.

**Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:**
* Record abnormalities identified in equipment and recommend corrective and preventive measures; register intervention controls and respective outcomes in the Company’s operational system, ensuring data accuracy to generate databases for reporting, performance indicators, and decision-making support;
* Perform maintenance services on protection, transmission, and telecommunications equipment and systems, as well as calibration, electronic maintenance, and special tests on critical-level equipment per the Maintenance Plan and unplanned interventions, recording information in the system;
* Perform operational activities in outdoor areas and in the control room, maintaining constant contact with the telecontrol area; operate electrical and electromechanical installations in transmission substations when required;
* Operate equipment such as PTA, Munck, and forklifts, following specific training for each piece of equipment;
* Respond to urgent and emergency situations involving substation (SE) equipment and systems until full restoration, including maneuvers performed at the SE during preventive and/or corrective maintenance;
* Implement necessary and requested operational-level actions to comply with the Company’s Industrial Control Systems Security Policy;
* Adhere to clearly defined internal procedures, documenting difficulties and non-compliances, and potentially participate in developing new procedures or revisions together with leadership and/or the Operations technical team;
* Conduct tests and trials on substation equipment.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Prerequisites:**
* Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields, with an active CFT.
* Substation equipment and systems – intermediate level.
* Health, safety, and applicable regulatory standards and procedures – intermediate level.
* Integrated management system – intermediate level.
* Maintenance management tools and software and technical documentation – intermediate level.
* Reading and interpretation of equipment technical manuals, technical drawings, and flowcharts – intermediate level.
* Transmission-related processes and associated equipment and systems – intermediate level.
* Maintenance and operation procedures, plans, methods, and techniques – intermediate level.
* Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email – intermediate level.
* Various administrative processes and routines within the area of operation – intermediate level.
