Dynamic environment for professional development We are looking for a **Transmission Maintenance Operator I**, who, under remote operations team instructions, will perform operation maneuvers, isolations of transmission systems and equipment, maintenance activities and/or support maintenance teams, assist in telecontrol-based operational monitoring, observe potential operational anomalies on screen, and submit appropriate reports. **If you are organized, committed, and seek a dynamic environment for professional growth, this is the place for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Record abnormalities identified in equipment and recommend corrective and preventive actions; register intervention controls and respective results in the Company's operational system, ensuring data accuracy to generate databases for reporting, KPIs, and decision-making support; * Perform maintenance services on protection, transmission, and telecommunications equipment and systems, as well as calibration, electronic maintenance, and special testing on critical-level equipment in accordance with the Maintenance Plan and unplanned interventions, recording information in the system; * Perform external and control room operation activities, maintaining constant contact with the telecontrol area; operate electrical and electromechanical installations in transmission substations as required; * Operate equipment such as PTA, Munck, and forklifts, following specific training for each equipment; * Respond to urgent and emergency situations involving substation (SE) equipment and systems until full restoration, as well as perform maneuvers at the SE during preventive and/or corrective maintenance execution; * Implement necessary and requested operational-level actions to comply with the Company’s Industrial Control Systems Security Policy; * Adhere to clearly defined internal procedures, documenting difficulties and non-compliances, and potentially participate in developing new procedures or revisions together with leadership and/or the Operations technical team; * Conduct tests and trials on substation equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Prerequisites:** * Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields, with an active CFT (Technical Certification). * Substation equipment and systems – Basic. * Health and safety standards and applicable regulations – Basic. * Integrated management system – Basic. * Maintenance and technical documentation management tools and software – Basic. * Reading and interpreting equipment technical manuals, technical drawings, and flowcharts – Basic. * Transmission-related processes and associated equipment and systems – Intermediate. * Maintenance and operation procedures, plans, methods, and techniques – Intermediate. * Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email – Basic. * Various administrative processes and routines within the field of activity – Basic. **Desirable Attributes:** * English – Basic. **Additional Information** **For you and your dependents:** * Medical and dental plans. **Exclusively for you:** * Meal and/or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Gym / Quality-of-life programs; * Language program; * Variable compensation program. **ENGIE** has been present in Brazil for over 20 years, leading electricity generation in the country and delivering innovative services and solutions to its customers.
