Calculate, procure, and manage benefits such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers (VR), and food allowances (VA). Conduct employee onboarding, verifying and managing all required documentation and employee registration; support contractual termination processes. Manage timekeeping records, medical certificates, probationary periods, vacation schedules, and contract terminations. Monitor collective bargaining agreements and salary adjustments. Update and manage contracts for individual contractors (PJ), including payments, invoice receipts, and contract expiration dates. Assess hiring needs in coordination with managers. Execute recruitment and selection processes and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees. Verify documents: PCMSO, LTCAT, and PGR; manage employee ASOs. Procure and manage personal protective equipment (PPE) and renew mandatory training programs. Obtain quotations and purchase uniforms, stationery, gift baskets, and reserve hotels, buses, and airline tickets. Distribute internal announcements and organize internal events, such as monthly birthday celebrations or corporate events. Mediate conflicts when necessary and support updating internal policies, such as the employee handbook. Monthly reports: group compensation, benefits, taxes, and bonuses.
