Job Summary: The professional will receive and guide drivers, perform weighing and registration tasks, interact with various departments, and manage vehicle entry and exit documentation at the factory. Interacting with various departments to align operations **Date:** Mar 18, 2026 **Location:** ALAGOINHAS, BA, BR **Company:** Grupo Petropolís **Requirements** High school diploma completed Availability to work in shifts **Responsibilities** Receive, guide, and support drivers during the factory entry and exit process; Perform initial and final weighing on the scale, ensuring accurate system records; Interact with receiving, warehouse, storage, production, and packaging departments to align entry and exit operations; Collect drivers' documents and forward them to the tax department via internal system; Register and forward freight charges for validation by responsible departments; Generate authorization/documentation enabling vehicle access to the factory; Organize and authorize driver product pickup according to schedule; Forward documents to transportation companies responsible for issuing documents (MDFE, CTE, waybills, etc); Verify whether materials have been confirmed by the receiving department and, only after confirmation, release the signed delivery receipt to the driver.
