If you have experience with IT infrastructure, enjoy solving problems, and seek a dynamic and challenging environment, this opportunity may be for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Daily support for computers and printers; * Server and firewall management; * Computer configuration and maintenance; * Access control; * Organization and management of the computer fleet; * Procurement requests related to the IT department; * Network cable organization and physical workstation setup; * Travel for on-site support (up to one week). **Requirements** * Prior experience in technical support and infrastructure; * Knowledge of servers and firewalls; * IT or related field degree preferred; * Willingness to travel when required. **Important Information** This position requires multitasking, simultaneously addressing demands from all three group companies.
