The Inspector role is fundamental at Rede Vistorias, as it directly executes the inspection service. The inspector team forms the foundation of Rede Vistorias and embodies the transformation of market expectations into reality within the real estate industry. Main responsibilities of this role include: * Conduct real estate asset inspections efficiently, accurately, and faithfully—assessing characteristics and conditions of conservation/functionality of commercial and residential properties, both new and used; * Identify and observe materials, finishes, electrical and hydraulic installations, furniture, and other property items; * Test equipment, identify damages, and verify general environmental functionality and conditions; * During exit inspections, perform meticulous comparisons based on reports and documents; * Record captured information as detailed text accompanied by photos for report generation via a tablet application; * Verify repairs and discrepancies; * Train and supervise new inspectors. Prerequisites: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH); * Personal vehicle \- motorcycle preferred; * Android smartphone.
