We are seeking a **Unit Manager** with leadership qualities, a results-oriented mindset, and excellence in customer service to oversee unit operations, ensuring a high-level experience for students and staff. We seek a professional capable of leading teams, monitoring KPIs, driving results, and ensuring smooth operational functioning—contributing to the business’s sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage unit operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and student experience; * Lead, develop, and supervise teams (instructors, reception, sales, and cleaning); * Monitor performance indicators such as sales, churn, retention, NPS, and goal achievement; * Strategically drive plan sales, upgrades, and promotional initiatives; * Ensure execution of operational, administrative, and financial processes at the unit; * Monitor and optimize routines using gym management systems; * Implement initiatives to increase revenue, improve student retention, and boost unit product sales; * Foster a collaborative, engaged, and results-driven work environment. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Physical Education, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Prior leadership experience; * Experience managing gyms, fitness studios, or service-based businesses; * Experience managing KPIs and targets; * Basic knowledge of administrative and financial routines; * Familiarity with management systems. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the fitness industry; * Commercial profile with performance focus; * Experience with retention strategies and customer experience.
