




Position: Customer Service Coordinator Department: Customer Service / Operations Reports to: Management / Executive Leadership Position Objective Ensure excellence in customer service by coordinating the dining room/cashier team, maintaining standards of quality, organization, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in alignment with the restaurant’s values and objectives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate, guide, and supervise the customer service team (dining room, cashier, and support staff); Ensure adherence to service standards, professional conduct, communication, and personal appearance; Monitor service flow, including scheduling, breaks, and staff substitutions; Directly handle customer complaints, conflicts, and requests; Monitor wait times, service quality, and customer satisfaction; Train new employees and conduct refresher training for existing staff according to restaurant procedures; Maintain dining room organization, cleanliness, supply replenishment, and smooth service operations; Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure order accuracy, service speed, and effective communication; Support management in tracking customer service metrics and team performance indicators; Comply with and enforce internal policies, best practices, safety, and hygiene standards. Requirements Completed high school education (preferably supplemented by coursework in customer service, hospitality, or management); Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within restaurants; Experience leading teams; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor; Behavioral Competencies Leadership and proactivity; Empathy and customer focus; Problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Teamwork; Agility and emotional control in high-pressure environments. Working Hours According to the restaurant’s schedule. Job Type: Permanent Pay: R$1,935.51 – R$2,300.00 per month
