Optimize production processes to reduce costs and waste **Position: Production Manager – Metallurgical Industry** We are looking for a Production Manager with solid experience in the metallurgical industry to lead production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities; * Manage operational teams to promote performance and development; * Ensure achievement of production, quality, and safety targets; * Optimize production processes to reduce costs and waste; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; * Organize layout to optimize time and processes. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the metallurgical industry * Knowledge of metallurgical processes (machining, welding, boiler-making, etc.); * Experience in team management and shop-floor leadership; * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S) is desirable; * Proficiency in production KPIs and results management **Profile:** * Leadership and decision-making ability * Organization and results orientation * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proactivity and strategic vision * Problem-solving capability under pressure * Residency in the Vale dos Sinos region or nearby area **Advantages:** * Experience in medium- and large-scale machinery production * Knowledge of machining, welding, boiler-making, and other production processes * A completed or ongoing Mechanical Engineering degree, or a Mechanical Technician qualification, is desirable * Knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PPC) Location: Novo Hamburgo / RS Employment Type: CLT or PJ (to be negotiated) Compensation: R$6.000,00 - R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
