We are seeking **an intern** to support **analysis and optimization of production processes**, directly contributing to improved operational efficiency, enhanced quality, and standardization of technical procedures. This **opportunity is ideal for students** who wish to gain practical experience in industrial processes, continuous improvement, and operational data analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support mapping, analysis, and improvement of production processes * Collect, process, and analyze operational data to support decision-making * Assist in leading continuous improvement projects * Provide technical support for production department activities * Contribute to standardizing and updating operational procedures **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields * Intermediate knowledge of Excel **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) * Experience with Power BI **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical and data-driven mindset * Organized with attention to detail * Proactive with strong sense of responsibility * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams Compensation: starting from R$1,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher Work location: On-site
