Job Summary: IT Support position in Canoas/RS, responsible for managing documents, adjusting systems, developing functionalities, optimizing databases, and assisting with IT projects. Key Highlights: 1. Database optimization and system functionality development. 2. Support in defining the scope of IT projects. 3. Document handling and system adjustments. \* IT Support – CANOAS/RS \* Handle various documents to ensure compliance with IT department procedures. Forward required system adjustments arising from failures to respective system vendors. Create and/or modify functionalities within the company's system tools. Perform database queries, analyses, and optimizations. Analyze requirements for projects involving the IT area. Assist the coordinator in defining project scopes. REQUIREMENTS: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Proficiency and experience in programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python. Proficiency and experience with PostgreSQL and SQL databases. Proficiency and experience in API and web services development and maintenance. Experience with low-code platforms is considered a plus. Knowledge of logistics systems. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time CLT contract.
