You will join a web development team focused on Drupal-based websites, taking ownership of the QA process—including functional, exploratory, and regression testing. This role offers real growth potential: there is already an existing set of smoke tests in Postman, and the goal is to evolve toward integrated automation within the CI/CD pipeline, expanding test coverage and automation scope.
* Experience with manual functional and exploratory testing on web applications.
* Ticket management and test documentation in JIRA.
* Ability to read and interpret acceptance criteria and translate them into test cases.
* Strong communication skills—both for reporting bugs and for interacting with developers and participating in daily stand-ups.
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for reading, oral communication, and writing (client communication is in English, and test cases are written in English).
* Knowledge of web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse).
* Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG).
* Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain traceability of tests and bugs.
* Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

* Participate in sprint planning to understand scope and create test cases based on ticket acceptance criteria.
* Execute functional, exploratory, and regression tests.
* Document test cases and results in JIRA, following the team’s established standards.
* Report bugs clearly and traceably, linking them to related tickets and adhering to the defined BUG creation workflow.
* Monitor and conduct periodic web performance audits.
* Maintain visual records of changes during redesign sprints (before/after screenshots).
* Ensure existing functionality remains intact with each release.
* Contribute to improving the team’s QA maturity, including expanding automated test coverage.

* ISTQB certification (Foundation or higher).
* SQL knowledge for data validation.
