Opportunity to assist engineers and coordinators **Mig Soluções is Hiring: Construction Technical Assistant** We seek an organized, proactive, and agile professional to work in the technical/administrative sector of construction projects, with emphasis on project document closure and engineering support. **Responsibilities** * Complete and organize documentation required for project closure. * Assemble the **technical book** according to internal standards and client requirements. * Control and update reports, spreadsheets, and technical documents. * Receive, verify, and register **incoming documentation** related to construction projects. * Support engineers and coordinators in issuing and controlling **ARTs** (Anotação de Responsabilidade Técnica — Technical Responsibility Registration) (a plus). * Ensure proper archiving and standardization of documents. * Perform general administrative tasks within the construction area. **Requirements** * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Proactivity and agility in task execution. * Ability to handle high volumes of documents and information. * Preferred: Prior experience in **engineering**, **civil construction**, or related administrative sectors. * A plus: Basic knowledge of **ART** issuance. **Employment Type** * Fully on-site CLT employment at the local office located in the Igara neighborhood, Canoas/RS.
