Job Summary: Supervise implementation activities, establish schedules, identify customer processes, supervise implementation solutions, and issue quality reports. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises project implementation and customer service 2. Defines schedules and responsibilities for work stages 3. Monitors service quality and supervises the team Supervise implementation activities to meet project requirements and customer needs. Establish the implementation schedule with various work stages, defining dates, conditions, and responsibilities of all parties. Identify the customer's operational structure and existing processes to estimate training duration and stages. Supervise implementation solutions to ensure compliance with quality and timeline requirements for each activity. Issue and analyze specific Operations performance reports to review service quality. Supervise the team regarding their obligations. Organize, under management guidance, monthly field consultant travel arrangements, ensuring strong customer relationships and seeking continuous improvement for the company.
