Lead performance evaluation processes. Assist in implementing and updating organizational policies and procedures. Lead internal development processes and programs, such as the LDP (Leadership Development Program), for example. Conduct the Organizational Climate Survey. Support managers in resolving conflicts, providing guidance and assistance for handling specific issues arising within teams. Participate in meetings with managers to align on staffing and training/development needs. Register new employees in the timekeeping system. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Development Analyst, or Human Resources Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
