Guide users on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic systems. Monitor solar power plant performance using online platforms. Identify generation faults and direct them for technical correction. Assist with remote configuration and parameterization of inverters. Record support interactions and incidents in the internal ticketing system. Prepare simple technical reports on completed support activities. Previous experience as a Technical Assistant, Maintenance Assistant, Technical Support Technician, or Engineering Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
