Join the **Madesa Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, develop, and monitor the implementation of methods and processes in production departments; * Analyze, develop, and update manufacturing routings; * Develop and maintain up-to-date work instructions; * Conduct production time studies and chronocycle analysis; * Participate in the development and implementation of projects focused on continuous improvement in production processes; * Prepare and consolidate indicators, reports, spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and/or various charts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Experience in methods and processes; * Technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and production processes; * Experience in time studies and chronocycle analysis (time and motion studies); * Knowledge of metrology, measurement instruments, and Lid; * Familiarity with quality standards and tools; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; **It would also be great if you have:** * Experience in the Furniture industry (not mandatory); **Additional Information** #### **BENEFITS** At Madesa, we deeply care about the health, satisfaction, and well-being of our employees.
