Responsibilities: * Participate in collection planning aligned with fashion trends and market demands; * Manage inventory turnover and product sales performance by analyzing sales reports and identifying improvement opportunities; * Plan required purchasing and production activities to ensure sufficient stock levels to meet demand; * Stay updated on the latest fashion industry trends by attending trade fairs, events, and conducting ongoing research; * Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistency in the company’s fashion strategy; * Analyze product performance data and sales trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making; * Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency in fashion planning processes; * Monitor and analyze competitor performance and conduct regular benchmarking. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Fashion Planning Analyst, preferably within fashion or retail companies; * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights; * Excellent numerical and spreadsheet skills, particularly in Excel; * Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile.
