Responsibilities * Develop solutions using best practices and following CCS’s System Development Methodology (MDS). * Develop systems according to specifications provided by the systems analyst to meet targeted business needs. * Monitor system features/fixes deployed in production and pre-production environments. * Honor commitments regarding system delivery deadlines, ensuring quality and performance. * Conduct technical analysis of business and technical evolution requests jointly with the systems analyst, UI/UX team, and business PO. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of consistent, scalable architectures and systems prepared for future evolution. * Guarantee the quality of software developed by CCS. * Create and keep system technical documentation up to date. * Draft preliminary System Architecture Documents and establish base system structures. * Mentor the team to ensure the quality of CCS’s system development process. Data Analysis and BI: Advanced SQL, Python/R, ETL tools, and experience with PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent. * Statistical modeling and Machine Learning: anomaly detection techniques, time series analysis, and predictive modeling. * Generative Artificial Intelligence: knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), applications in data analysis, report generation, and insight automation. * Data Engineering: handling large volumes of data, pipelines, APIs, and integration with transactional systems. * Software Development: solid programming fundamentals (Python, Java or another relevant language), Git version control, testing practices, and engineering best practices. * Pix Regulation: familiarity with BACEN manuals and regulations, focusing on regulatory indicators (ANs, IGAM, IGAT, timeout, etc.). * Architecture and Monitoring: experience in high-availability environments, performance metrics, and integration with observability tools.
