Some of the challenges you will face: * Daily distribution, guidance and supervision of electroelectronic and mechanical maintenance services, preventive, predictive and corrective, of machines, equipment and company facilities, ensuring their proper operation * Monitor maintenance indicators (KPIs); * Ensure service orders are executed within the week according to the Master Maintenance Plan, carrying out standard maintenance operating procedures, identifying best practices for daily activities; * Request and prepare technical budgets according to maintenance needs. * Ensure completion and monitor machine contingency availability spreadsheets. * Perform Approvals for Use of Parts and Services (APS). * Supervise third-party maintenance services. * Continuously seek development of standardizations and improvements in the maintenance process; * Control maintenance costs and execute CAPEX related to small-scale projects. * Ensure team safety by monitoring correct use of PPE, equipment and tools, requesting maintenance when necessary, training subordinates, participating in personnel movement processes (selection, transfers, promotions and dismissals), and maintaining order, cleanliness and discipline in the area to ensure good performance and contribution to company results. * Receive suppliers and maintenance service providers for work quotations, quality evaluation, feasibility of execution, etc. Analyze proposals, provide feedback and forward to superior for approval. 2510250202201831939
