Description: Arlanxeo Internship Program 2026/1, Triunfo, RS Positions: Project Engineering REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate-level English and Excel proficiency. * Basic Power BI knowledge is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor field supervision and inspection of construction and installation activities for industrial systems; * Assist in coordinating and executing industrial system implementation projects, including strategy, planning, conceptual design, specifications, supplier selection, detailed engineering, installation, and commissioning; * Assist in developing new suppliers to meet emerging technical requirements driven by technological advancement; * Support on-site activity planning within project cost and schedule constraints; * Assist in meeting scheduled activity deadlines through on-site monitoring (supervision); * Assist in exploring engineering solutions to support resolution of industrial maintenance issues; * Assist in controlling and maintaining technical documentation and archives related to industrial systems; * Participate in studies and recommendations for new techniques aimed at optimizing operations and reducing costs; * Participate in planning and implementing improvement projects and their testing phases. Finance REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering programs; * Intermediate-level English and Excel proficiency; * Basic Power BI knowledge is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support monitoring of administrative expense reports per department, with explanations for major variances; * Assist in developing spreadsheets to support the controller’s office and deepen understanding of processes to assist the team; * Support responses to surveys conducted by IBGE and ABIQUIM; * Assist in controlling packaging costs; * Assist in accounting entries for provisions and reclassifications; * Support general controller’s office activities. Human Resources REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in Business Administration or Human Resources programs; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Basic English proficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in registering employees in internal systems; * Assist in processing benefit payments to active and former employees; * Assist in compiling indicator reports and other management information reports; * Assist in vendor payments by issuing purchase requisitions and orders, tracking deliveries, and entering invoices into the system; * Assist in Training and Development activities; * Support hiring, termination, and employee movement processes; * Support administration of the Corporate Language Program; * Support document archiving within the HR department; * Support internal service delivery to site employees and managers. Maintenance I \- Technical REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Technology program; * Basic Excel proficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, and compressors.
