Description

Job Summary: Analyst responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solutions, optimizing business processes, and collaborating with internal teams. Key Highlights: 1. Implement and manage RPA projects with a focus on process optimization 2. Develop efficient and high-quality RPA scripts using Python 3. Collaborate with teams to deliver innovative automation solutions Responsibilities: Analyze and map business processes to identify automation opportunities; Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions following industry best practices; Gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring solutions meet stakeholders' needs; Develop, test, and deploy efficient, reliable, and high-quality RPA scripts; Monitor and maintain operational bots, ensuring stability and resolving any failures; Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and propose innovative automation-based solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related fields; Experience in implementing and managing RPA projects; Proficiency in Python development; Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate and BotCity is preferred; Skills in business process analysis and problem solving; Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; RPA certifications are considered a plus.
