




Job Summary: An HR Administration professional focused on onboarding, providing support in payroll, benefits administration, and employee assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Employee assistance and clarification of inquiries **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Conduct **employee onboarding processes** (document collection, digital signature, registration in Senior system and other internal systems, verification and submission to eSocial), onboarding orientation, and benefits-related clarifications; * Support termination, vacation, timekeeping, and payroll processes; * Perform data entry and verification in the HR system; * Control and organize employee documentation; * Assist employees with inquiry resolution; * Support benefits control and verification; * Ensure compliance with legal and internal deadlines; * Support general HR department routines; * Handle registration and contractual updates, and provide employee and manager support (in-person, via messaging platforms, and email); * Verify and record medical certificates and leave of absence documents (INSS); * Collect signatures (when required) and archive documents in Google Drive; **Required Qualifications and Skills:** * Experience with onboarding processes (primary focus of this role); * Familiarity with eSocial (events S-1000 to S-2300, especially onboarding); * Experience with Senior payroll systems; * Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive; * Ability to organize documents and administrative routines. * Organization, dynamism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and sense of urgency; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
