





We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant with a focus on Recruitment and Selection to work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of job openings. This person will be responsible for promoting opportunities through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, scheduling onboarding sessions, and maintaining updated tracking spreadsheets. We are seeking someone with a proactive profile, who can easily generate creative promotion ideas, engage with candidates, and is available to participate in job fairs and other external activities aimed at talent attraction. **Main responsibilities:** * Carry out Recruitment and Selection activities: job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and preparing assessments for managers. * Gather and update data to feed departmental indicators. * Conduct interviews for a high volume of positions and diverse profiles/roles. * Use creative strategies and various methods to promote job openings. * Schedule and support onboarding of new employees. * Participate in job fairs and external recruitment initiatives. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection. * Experience conducting large-scale interviews. * Knowledge and experience with the Sênior system. * Proactive profile with initiative to suggest improvements and new promotional approaches.
