Identify and direct individuals or departments as requested, maintaining access control records in documents or specific applications. Assist in recording and maintaining data and information within the scope of responsibilities, following established processes and routines. Support activities such as: entering information, verifying, receiving and forwarding documents and correspondence, making and receiving phone calls. Organize and manage meeting room scheduling. Participate in team projects. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. Monitor inventory of materials within the area of responsibility.
