Focus on inspection, release, and control of materials and products QUALITY ANALYST Porto Alegre/RS – Humaitá A growing steel industry company seeks an experienced industrial quality professional to directly handle process control, compliance, and continuous improvement. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Inspection and release of materials and products * Quality and process compliance control * Management of quality documents and procedures * Calibration monitoring of instruments * Control of non-conformity reports (NCRs) and non-conforming materials * Internal, customer, and supplier technical support * Continuous improvement initiatives REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Quality or Engineering disciplines * Experience in metallurgical industry * Metrology and measuring instruments * Knowledge of ISO 9001, FMEA, and PPAP * SAP proficiency * Valid driver's license COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Salary aligned with experience, most recent salary, and salary expectations * Meal allowance: BRL 520.00 * National health plan (SulAmérica) * National dental plan (Uniodonto) * Dependent coverage available at symbolic cost * On-site meals * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Annual bonus based on company performance Working hours: Administrative schedule | Monday to Friday Compensation: BRL 1,976.20 – BRL 5,427.53 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
