Our focus goes beyond reporting data — we also identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency across all group businesses. **How You Will Contribute to Our Team:** * Support the Controller Management team in managing and controlling fixed costs, conducting detailed analyses of financial closings and short-, medium-, and long-term financial projections. * Conduct studies and analyses to identify cost-reduction and spending-optimization opportunities across various business areas, proposing practical and effective actions. * Collaborate in developing and monitoring budgets using methodologies such as Matrix Budgeting and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB). * Actively participate in preparing financial reports that provide insights for strategic decision-making. * Interact with different company departments to understand needs and propose financial solutions that promote efficiency and cost reduction. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect You to Know:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Proven experience in cost management within controller functions, with a focus on analyzing cost-reduction opportunities. * Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse areas. * Knowledge of Matrix Budgeting and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB). * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. * Must reside in Curitiba or its metropolitan region. **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):** * Prior experience in the education sector, understanding its unique financial characteristics. * Postgraduate degree in Controller Functions or related fields. **Additional Information** **Why Work Here?
