**Responsibilities and duties**
* Provide in-person customer service and guidance;
* Support in resolving customer issues and answering questions;
* Handle complaints and information requests;
* Assist in issuing various documents and receipts;
* Support the team in managing and organizing customer service queues;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of agency processes and procedures;
* Perform other related tasks.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Stipend of **R$ 500.00 \+ R$ 66.00** transportation allowance;
* Currently enrolled in high school or pursuing a degree in Administration, Management Processes, Economics, or a Technical Certification in Human Resources.
* Availability to intern in the **afternoon shift from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM**;
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing;
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities while staying organized and meeting deadlines;
* Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues from different areas of the company;
* Familiarity with computer usage and office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Proactive attitude in seeking learning opportunities and contributing to improvements.
**Additional information**
