Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving, identifying, storing, replenishing, packaging, and shipping materials and products, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on inventory accuracy and optimization of logistics processes. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- * Perform activities related to receiving, identifying, storing, replenishing, packaging, and shipping materials and products, ensuring their quantity and quality to meet the needs of internal and external customers within established deadlines and quality standards. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** 1\. Receive, inspect, identify, enter into the integrated system, store, pick, and ship parts, components, raw materials, and products according to procedures and work instructions. 2\. Prepare materials for shipment: package components, build loads, label packages, and secure racks. 3\. Move materials using forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks, when certified. 4\. Ensure inventory balance accuracy according to established procedures and work instructions. 5\. Audit the system and sub-inventories to ensure proper functioning of production reporting processes. 6\. Perform shipping activities, including invoicing and issuing invoices and/or planning KIT preparation per customer orders and activity distribution and/or performing data entry, managing daily and monthly cycles, analyzing discrepancies, and/or contacting suppliers. 7\. Adjust area inventory balances. 8\. Monitor cargo release and issue fiscal invoices Level 9\. Process daily payments and delivery manifests. 10\. Technically guide and lead inventory and material storage activities, as well as prepare and generate management support reports. 11\. Support physical and cycle inventory organization and external audits, as well as assist in managing the department’s budget (control and optimization of resources). 12\. Audit, analyze, and adjust the system and sub-inventories to ensure proper functioning of production reporting processes. 13\. Seek solutions for highly complex issues (e.g., IT, Transportation, Packaging). 14\. Assist in developing departmental work instructions. 15\. Comply with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management system standards and procedures. 16\. Apply 5S (utilization, order, cleanliness, health, and self-discipline), eliminating waste and maintaining an organized and clean workplace, as well as machines and equipment used. 17\. Perform other related duties as directed by your immediate supervisor and/or as required by your work process procedures and/or quality management system procedures. **Qualifications:** ------------------- **Required:** * High School Diploma * Technical or Technologist degree in Logistics (or related fields: Administration, Industrial Processes, Materials) — currently pursuing or completed * Logistics experience **Required Knowledge:** * Inventory management tools: FIFO / WMS * Basic computer skills — Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, BI as a user) * Integrated systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, TOTVS, DataSul) — manufacturing module * Lean Manufacturing (5S, Continuous Flow, Standardized Work) **Desirable:** * Certification for operating forklifts and pallet jacks * Experience in Continuous Improvement activities / Yellow Belt All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
