Job Summary: Brinox Group is seeking a professional to support the development and launch of new products, contributing to innovation and company growth. Key Highlights: 1. Working in an environment that values diversity Support the development and design of new products; Assist in data collection from other departments; Develop packaging; Participate in project follow-ups; Forward product samples to relevant departments; Validate part specifications with Quality; Monitor product processes until launch. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather information from departments to quantify investment and cost for new products, processes, and tools, and to prepare budgets; * Register products in the SharePoint system, received via Excel, Word, or PowerPoint; * Support evaluation of prototypes and/or samples with relevant teams; Request tooling and color tests from programming and production departments; * Organize weekly project follow-up meetings with involved teams; * Send samples and/or parts of new products to required departments, as well as to trade fairs and events; * Monitor product processes until launch together with the factory; * Assist in presentations to departments regarding new product functionality, explain the current portfolio, and prepare technical and financial feasibility information and other necessary details for proposal approval by the New Products Committee; * Help monitor purchasing needs and material replenishment; * Contribute to diverse activities as needed or requested by supervisors; * Comply with quality management system procedures, company disciplinary rules, and safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. Basic Excel proficiency is mandatory; intermediate level is desirable. Basic English proficiency is desirable. Desirable: Knowledge of Procurement and Logistics; familiarity with quality tools and systems; international market awareness. Desirable: Familiarity with the company’s IT systems; SAP, ERP, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing. Then your place is here with us!
