You will play a strategic role in defining technical solutions, working autonomously to build robust customizations, critical integrations, and ensuring high quality, performance, technical governance, and alignment with industry best practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Actively participate in defining technical solutions alongside global functional teams (Cyncly and clients); * Perform technical analyses and effort estimations with critical and strategic insight; * Develop and maintain customizations for the Insight product; * Develop and maintain integrations between Insight and external systems; * Ensure code quality, performance, and stability of customizations; * Identify technical risks and propose architectural improvements when necessary; * Contribute to best practices in development, standardization, and technical governance; Work on global projects with distributed teams. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in system development; * Solid experience in C#, .NET, and SQL Server; * Experience developing APIs (REST and/or SOAP); * Experience with system integrations; * Experience in implementation projects or complex enterprise environments; * Fluent English (required for participation in global projects); * Availability for domestic and international travel.
