Vehicle maneuvering and operational control ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Position: Supervisor Location: Caxias do Sul Main responsibilities: Responsible for the overall management of the parking unit; Opening and closing cash registers; Verifying cash amounts, organizing funds, and making bank deposits; Issuing tickets and controlling vehicle entries and exits; Performing cash collections and providing operational support; Providing customer service with courtesy, efficiency, and conflict resolution; Maneuvering vehicles while adhering to safety regulations; Recording, monitoring, and reporting incidents; Preparing and submitting daily reports on revenue, vehicle flow, and incidents; Managing operational supplies (tickets, rolls, equipment, etc.); Ensuring compliance with internal policies and operational procedures; Assisting in shift scheduling, guiding, and supervising the team; Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and security of the parking facility; Liaising with management to report results, needs, and improvement opportunities. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** ✅ Requirements: Prior experience in parking operations; Experience in operations or leadership roles; Basic knowledge of cash register control and administrative routines; Valid driver's license (Class B) and ability to maneuver vehicles; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility; Proactive, ethical profile with focus on results and customer service. ### **JOB BENEFITS** Salary to be determined Transportation allowance ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** PJ
