Job Summary: Professional responsible for analyzing, mapping, and optimizing industrial processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement within the Process Engineering area. In our Process Engineering department, your primary responsibility will be to analyze, map, and optimize industrial processes, contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement**.** If you are analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence and innovation, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process mapping: identify and document existing processes using mapping tools to visualize workflows and identify improvement opportunities; * Report preparation: prepare detailed reports on process performance; * Comprehensive documentation: develop and maintain necessary process documentation—including manuals, flowcharts, and reports—to ensure all information is accessible and up to date; * Pilot testing: assist in planning and conducting pilot tests to validate new solutions and processes prior to large-scale implementation, ensuring they perform as expected; * Process standardization: create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across operations; * Development of best practices: propose best practices to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality—with an emphasis on operational standardization; * Cross-departmental collaboration: work jointly with production, quality, logistics, and other departments to ensure process integration and alignment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets; * Preferred: experience in Process Engineering. **Additional Information** * On-site work in Farroupilha/RS * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Our story has been built over 50 years, driven by simplicity and the collaborative efforts of hands that—every step of the way—imprint their love for everything they do!
